The electronic scientific publication "Bulletin of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture" was founded on the basis of the decision of the Academic Council of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (Minutes No 3. 15 September 2023).

Aims and Scope. The journal "Bulletin of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture" is an electronic scientific publication of scientists, students, postgraduates and young scientists, which was founded to present the theoretical and practical achievements of the NAFAA scientists in the European cultural and artistic space; to promote the formation and strengthening of a new generation of young scientists and artists, to support and develop their research and creative activities.
The aim of the journal is to create a modern communication platform for encouraging and establishing scientific and creative cooperation between the faculties of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture and other higher education institutions of cultural and artistic orientation in Ukraine and abroad.
Range of issues: The sections of theoretical and research direction - "Architecture", "Art History" - publish original scientific articles covering topical issues in the field of theory and history of architecture and housing construction in Ukraine and other countries at the present stage; history of Ukrainian and world fine, decorative and applied arts, technology and restoration of works of art, etc. The "Creativity" section includes the publication of art criticism announcements, reviews, reviews of youth art events, promotions, individual creative works of students, postgraduates and graduates of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, other higher art education institutions of Ukraine and abroad. The section "Art Education" provides the publication of scientific and methodological articles that will contribute to the improvement of national art education. The journal is open to the submission of both Ukrainian and foreign scholars, hoping to promote modern Ukrainian science and culture in the world scientific and artistic field.
Licence terms. The authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication along with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International CC-BY licence that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
Open access policy. The scientific journal "Bulletin of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture" adheres to the policy of open access to the content of articles on the principle that research that is freely available to the public contributes to the broad exchange of knowledge. Full-text access to the scientific articles of the collection is available in real time on its official website in the Archives section.
