Collection of Scholarly Works "Ukrainian Academy of Art" is a peer-reviewed professional journal aimed at highlighting current issues in the development of fine arts, art theory and history, artistic practice, and the restoration of works of art. The journal seeks to disseminate the findings of research in the field of fine arts and restoration, to promote the development of contemporary art studies, to preserve and popularize the cultural heritage of Ukraine, and to integrate Ukrainian scholarly research into the international academic and artistic community.
The collection publishes original research and review articles devoted to the problems of history, theory, and practice of fine and decorative arts, techniques of creation and restoration of artworks, issues of art education, and the development of artistic and educational practices. The journal is intended for scholars, researchers, educators, artists, restorers, and specialists in culture and art.
The journal's main objectives:
- to publish the findings of contemporary research in the field of fine arts and restoration;
- to promote the development of theoretical and applied research in history and theory of art, artistic practices, and restoration technologies;
- to highlight issues related to the preservation, study, and restoration of artworks and cultural heritage;
- to disseminate research findings in art studies and promote Ukrainian art within the international scholarly and cultural space;
- to foster academic dialogue and the exchange of experience among Ukrainian and international scholars, artists, and restorers;
- to familiarize the academic and artistic community with modern approaches, methodologies, and practices in art education;
- to support the development of professional excellence among artists, researchers, and specialists in the field of fine arts and restoration.
